LAOP - 2014 Exhibit Information

Exhibit Overview

As part of the activities during LAOP-2014 a commercial vendor exhibit will be held. Companies wishing to exhibit or demonstrate their products and technology can do so at the Conference Exhibit. The exhibit will be held for 4 days- Monday through Thursday (November 17-21, 2014)-and will offer both 2m × 3m booths, and tabletops as display options. Special arrangements and settings can be provided upon request.

Exhibit Location

The LAOP-2014 Exhibit Hall is located on the ground level of the Paradisus Cancun Hotel and has dimensions of 27m long x13m wide x 7.55m high. The exhibit will be held next door to the Great Del Prado Hall where the technical program presentations will be given, for easy access and attendance. The hall is located on the ground floor in front of the hotel's garden.

Booths

The standard booth space is 2m deep by 3m in width (7'x10'). Spaces have been pre-arranged according to the floor plan shown. The booths are modular stand systems made of aluminum elements with white enameled panels (see picture below).

Included in the price of each booth are:

•Company name listed on booth's top

•Spot lighting

•Table with tablecloth

•2 padded chairs

•Daily cleaning of booth

The cost of each 7'×10' booth is $1,950.00 US (plus local VAT tax) for the 4-day exhibit period. A particular booths) can be reserved by completing the LAOP-2014 Exhibit Reservation form and making a $500.00 US deposit payment (see payment details below). Spaces are allocated on a first-come first-served basis.

Tabletops

For exhibitors or individuals wishing to display their literature or products and do not have a need for a pre-assembled stand or larger space, we also offer a tabletop display exhibit alternative. Tabletops are available in spaces 9, 10 & 11. Other spaces can be made available as tabletops subject to availability and approval by LAOP-2014 Secretariat.

Included in the price of each booth are:

• Table with tablecloth (1 mx2.5m).

• 2 padded chairs.

• Daily cleaning of space.

• Provision of an electrical power connection (max 5 Amps, any requirement above this will result in surcharge of $75.00 US for every 30 Amps).

Payment details, Terms & Conditions

Booth and tabletops can be reserved by completing the LAOP-2014 Exhibit Reservation form and sending it to the LAOP-2014 Secretariat, along with a $500.00 US reservation payment. The reservation payment can also be made by direct bank deposit to the following account. Please send via fax (+52 (477) 441-4208 or 441-4209) to Ms. Annette Torres a copy of the wire transfer receipt.

Important Terms

At least one of the exhibitors at each booth should have a full conference regis-tration. Two accompanying persons are allowed per booth for each full registered one (exhibit registrations do not include meals, access to technical ses-sions, tour or conference dinner/show. Separate tickets or a full conference registration will need to be purchased separately).

• Spaces are assigned on a first-come-first-served basis.

• No space can be assigned without a $500.00 reservation deposit.

• Reservation deposits are non-refundable.

• Every exhibitor must also complete and sign a LAOP 2014 Exhibit Space Contract.

• Full payment for a booth or tabletop is due by September 1, 2014. No refunds will be made past this date.

• Booth transfers from one exhibitor to another are possible with prior notification to and consent from the LAOP-2014 Secretariat.
